How to Create Your Account on the SPCC Zoho site

  1. Begin on SPCC Zoho site via https://spcc.support.sdsuacademy.org/portal/en/home

  2. In the top right corner, select Sign Up

  3. Fill out the following page with your Name, Email, and the info from the provided Captcha Image

  4. Verify your account creation via email

  5. After account has been created, you can log into your account via the Sign In option in the top right corner

  6. Upon logging in, you will now have access to your My Area and the Knowledge Base

    1. Additionally, when utilizing the Zoho Chat, Operators will see your chats with your name rather than “Visitor” for more accurate support
